When you live in a state that's larger than Illinois, Indiana and Michigan combined, it takes a lot of effort and commitment to make it to the capital to meet your elected representatives.
On November 17th, nearly 1,000 people were arrested as more than 50,000 protestors at three dozen bridges nationwide declared an "Economic Emergency for the 99%." Rallies and marches accompanied these bridge actions across more than 20 states, including AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, IA, IL, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NH, NM, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, WA and WI.
